As a new mum it is difficult to have any time to myself let alone time to relax. But my regular massages with Tessa have been able to continue because as well as giving me a full body massage Tessa entertains my seven-month old and is perfectly happy to stop and let me say hello or nurse him if he needs me.
It means I can enjoy a massage and know that my little boy is safe and in the same room (which makes me more relaxed). Nursing a baby and looking after them 24/7 can be tiring on the body, especially the back and the muscles you have never used before - playing aeroplane can be a killer on the arms and shoulders!! Being able to have a regular massage helps me to be able to play aeroplane and do all the things my baby needs. I am grateful that Tessa offers a service that mums and babies can take advantage of.

We adopted Molly (a border collie x springer spaniel) from a rescue centre. She was then 3 and a half and did not even have the basics such as sit & stay. We took her basic training as far as we could but found we could not manage to get her to walk properly on a lead, pass other dogs without her wanting to ‘go for them’ or re-call reliably. She was not sufficiently well mannered to attend regular dog training classes, so the last resort for us was going to be residential (Dog Borstal type) training. Fortunately before we got as far as arranging this we happened to find Mort Smith’s Web Site and gave him a call. Mort has been a godsend. He teaches you to be able to train your dog in a very natural way that the dog can understand and respond to. The training is fun both for you and your dog. There is absolutely no harshness involved whatsoever. After just 3 sessions Molly can walk nicely on her lead and pass other dogs, so enabling us to go to public places without fear or embarrassment. We are currently working on her recall and she is responding very well. So to anyone in a similar desperate situation I would advise you not to waste money on expensive dog training manuals or instruction DVDs etc but give Mort a call. His rates are very reasonable and he really does deliver.

Great staff and great location... love the view from up there... Really nice kennels and very clean. I have used the kennels a couple of times and everything has gone great. I would highly recommend to anyone with pets.

In Good Hands offers a massage which appeals to both the mind and body allowing for a truly unique massage experience. I felt relaxed and calm throughout the whole massage and would happily recommend Tessa to anyone. For sports injuries or not, In Good Hands can appeal to everyone.

We have what we thought was a very challenging 6 month old short haired German pointer. Mort has visited us twice and the results have been fantastic. We have gained so much from Mort and the difference in our dog Sophie has been amazing which has been mainly been down to Mort showing us what she is doing and how to handle various situations. Highly recommend Mort to anyone who wants help or advice with training their dogs.

We just love our reclaimed pine kitchen. It looks absolutely stunning and yet it is very practical too. Everything was done with minimum fuss and flexibility and it was all fitted in one day, just as promised. We don't expect to need a new kitchen for some years but when we do we shall definitely go back to Katrina. The dresser and sideboard we bought from Amber are great too.
