I contacted Errol on recommendation from a friend who he had done work for. I am so happy I did contact Errol as from start to finish he and his team were professional in everything they did. They understood we are living in the house so they went out of their way to ensure the job was kept clean and tidy throughout and thought ahead on how best to leave the job each day. In terms of the work they have done we are beyond happy, they have taken their time to make sure the floor is laid correctly and to a high standard of finish. We couldn’t recommend them more. The floor is beautiful but unfortunately the finishing and making good is not. This is the second time I have used them, and the first time I was a bit disappointed but as it was tenanted, I decided not to make a fuss. The second time was my own home, and despite asking for help with the many issues including the varnishing of the floor and fitting of the skirting board, I was offered no real help or support. After taking advice, I just paid the bill and got someone else in to make good. I did have an oak floor job for them at another tenanted property, but I have given it to someone else.

Would highly recommend this company. They came and fitted a parquet flooring for me and it wasn’t a straight forward job. They remained professional throughout and went above and beyond my expectations. The lads Brian and Martin worked as a great team, were very tidy workers and also very punctual. I had initial dealings with Errol when he came to measure and quote and I knew from that moment this company had high standards and it was the company for me. The job took 4 days as promised even though it was not straight forward. The team stayed late to complete on the last day. Very happy.
