I have been going to see Tessa for about 9 months after receiving a gift certificate as a birthday present. I play American Football as well as doing a lot of driving and have a physical job. Tessa has done wonders for the aches and pains in my back, reducing my discomfort hugely, especially when working and playing sport.
Tessa creates a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere whenever I go and see her, is always very flexible when arranging a time for an appointment, and I would highly recommend her massage services.

What a fab guy! Mort helped us with Jedi - Baskerville hound (well, he is when he sees other dogs!), and consequently, for the first time in 6 years, we were able to take Jedi on holiday with us to Snowdonia! Jedi was impeccably behaved, only glimpsed at other dogs, and even ignored a couple!! Now thatʼs what I call progress! Thank you Mort!!

My dogs have stayed at many kennels over the years but now we have discovered Hampton Hayes Kennels and Cattery, we regularly take them there. The girls welcome you with a warm smile and are always very helpful. The kennels are very clean and tidy; more to the point my dogs seem very happy when I drop them off.... So that's why we keep going back.

This was my first ever massage and I was apprehensive about what to expect, but Tessa soon put me at ease with an introductory chat to find out what my issues were. She even went the extra mile to make the room cooler so that my throat wouldn't be too uncomfortable.
I found the whole experience very relaxing and rejuvenating and will definitely be going back for further work on my shoulders, back and neck.
