I have been using Howden Insurance (formerly A-Plan) for 10 years. During this time, I have always found competitive quotes for both Home and Car Insurance.
Having recently had a car accident, their customer service and claim liaison came into its own. Great service and regular communication which very much eased the stress of making a claim.
Laura and Paige in the Claims Team did a great job liaising with all parties, and very much appreciated their support.
Would highly recommend Howden’s for professional and friendly insurance services.

Taking out insurance with Howdens Swindon was really easy. Megan was professional and friendly.She helped to get just what I needed. The negative aspect I have found this year are the marketing calls I have received as a result of taking out my insurance. I only need one house insurance policy.
