I’ve had a lot of issues with previous insurance companies over the years and found there was very little loyalty shown to existing customers. My experience with Howden van insurance has been very different so far. The team has been helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Their quote was very competitive, and they took the time to answer my questions clearly. Based on my experience to date, I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and would happily recommend them.

First impressions matters a lot, my first experience with the company was an excellent one, Christopher Booth is such a nice guy, he was patient with me all through, he respected my opinion, he took his time to explain everything to me, he never pressured me on any of the offers, most importantly, he was calm respectful and friendly which made me to feel comfortable and happy, he’s such an asset.
