I received a renewal reminder in which it stated that auto renewal would be applied but this did not happen as my credit card had been replaced during the year and the expiry date changed.Although 2 attempts made to contact me were unsuccessful due to holiday I only realised the policy had lapsed when the premium was not debited to my account.I was then transferred to Stefi Gilliard who understood the situation and was able to resolve the problem very quickly and efficiently by creating a new policy for me.It was a pleasure to deal with her and because she resolved the situation so well I retained the business with yourselves as I had originally thought to obtain quotations elsewhere.lam very grateful for her help
