I work for Bluebird Care and have done for some considerable years.
I find this company well led, well run, fantastic communication within staff, open door policy at all times.
Bluebird care about their staff's wellbeing and have regular contact to check in on us and at all other times we can contact them if needed. I have found them very supportive to all of us as carers.
We have regular training to bring us up to date. There are opportunities within Bluebird to gain further qualifications, NVQ's and caring certificates, furthering opportunities within our team and move up the caring ladder.
I am an older member of the team and I would encourage anyone of any age, who wants to go into caring, check us out, we are a great company to work for
Currently, the team I work with are second to none. They are friends to me and I can rely on them, both in and out of the work environment.
We get along and when working together maintain a friendly, caring, professional role.
I love my job as a carer and Bluebird encourages me to encapsulate every aspect of what I feel is caring within the community.
