Absolutely fantastic..Lovely accommodation in a super location..Really friendly and helpful staff..One kind lady even helped my wife order food as the venue couldn’t provide food due to wedding reception taking place. This was clearly stated to us prior to arrival and the staff were more than happy to recommend alternative food establishments in the area..please don’t let the fact it’s a wedding venue put you off staying. We were not disturbed by it in the slightest. Can’t recommend highly enough and can’t wait to stay again.

The service and care that we have received from Aubrey, Leanne and their whole team has been superb throughout. All the arrangements before, during and after the funeral were carried out with total professionalism, dignity and attention to detail. At the same time each and every member of our family was treated with enormous empathy and love. Words cannot describe the help and assistance that has been given to us throughout this harrowing time.

Had to let ourselves in, no staff to be seen. Room was small but clean and well equipped. Kettle, coffee (instant coffee, tea bags, only one hot chocolate sachet, and two filter coffee one cup pods) Bathroom was pleasent and towels were soft and white, good quality toiletries provided. Shower screen leaked on the floor.
Decore was dated in colour, beige and cream. Bed was firm. Only real complaint was the bedroom curtains which were not black-out lined so had trouble sleeping from about 5.00am.

My Wife and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Manor, the staff made us and our 3 dogs very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we found the pricing very reasonable. This is our 3rd time staying at this lovely family run hotel, we will continue to visit in the future. Thank you all.

The team at Aubrey Kirkham were very professional, and superbly supportive, throughout the whole funeral process. My mum had an exceedingly good send off with everything going along absolutely smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and at all times we were treated with great empathy and understanding. Leanne organised the service and all the family were really impressed with how it was all conducted. At a very difficult time it felt like we were being exceedingly well looked after with great warmth from this family firm.
