Errol was excellent from the outset, being very responsive to emails and questions. The work was performed whilst we were on holiday and Errol kept us up to speed with regular emails and photos of the work being done. The standard of workmanship is incredible, as we now have a parquet floor which is beautiful. I recommend The Flooring Fitter without any hesitation.

We got good advice on flooring types available and recommendations of places to buy from. The final quote for the flooring we chose was good value, considering the size of the area and the extras we asked for, the final bill was exactly as quoted. The finished floor looks lovely. Errol put in extra hours as the reclaimed parquet had lots of coating on it, which probably took him an extra 1.5 days, but we were not charged any extra for this. We were consulted and advised on everything.
