Paul has provide an excellent service on the 4 occasions that I have had lock problems. Once on a five lever lock in a traditional door. The other occasions, locks in double glazed UPVC units. Paul has always responded timely to my request for help, email or text messages. Paul has always arrived to carry out the repair at the time and date he had stated in his response.

Mort has worked wonders with our naughty doggies in just one session - he's amazing!! He talks you through everything step by step and explains the reasons behind every movement/command with the dog. Was very interesting to learn so much and looking forward to putting it all into practise over the next few weeks. Thank you, Mort!!
