I received an inflated car insurance renewal quote from my current insurer and decided to pop into Howdens in Solihull for advice. I dealt with Emma Stanton who was just so lovely and welcoming. It was almost the end of a very stressful day for me and Emma was like a breath of fresh air. She was so helpful, patient, professional, friendly and efficient and within a very short period of time had secured me a very competitive insurance plan, much less expensive than the quote I had received. Emma explained everything very carefully to me and I was delighted to accept. Emma is an absolute credit to Howdens and they are very lucky to employ her. I can't thank her enough for the care and respect she showed me, for her advice and reassurance but mostly for the hug she gave me when I left - it was just what I needed and put a smile on my heart. Thankyou Emma and Howdens!
