Spent 2 nights in this lovely old hotel. It is in need of some updating but is quite charming. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Dinner was rather disappointing as there was little choice for vegetarians and portions rather small. There was a wedding on the second day of our stay and the music did go on until 1am and it could be heard in our room. It is always difficult for hotels to cope with wedding parties alongside other guests but they should really limit the level of sound and also the duration of the party and finish before midnight so that other people can at least get some sleep. Drinks were also a little overpriced.

Wonderful hotel, excellent food, warm and welcoming staff - nothing is too much trouble there. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are amazing. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

Stayed at the Albright Hussey last weekend, we had a brilliant time. The service is excellent, especially the reception and restaurant staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

Had a lovely couple of nights stay recently when our Godson got married here. Decided to stay an extra night before at the last minute and the hotel staff were very accommodating. There are lovely gardens and a lovely view. Had a good size room with bath and shower en-suite. Very attentive, friendly staff. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant on the first night that is highly recommended. We thought that the wholepackage was very good value too. The wedding arrangements were well organized with a ceremony held in the garden. Thank you to the Albright Hussey Manor staff!

I visit the restaurant regularly and cannot fault the food or service, although it is quiet in the week and lacking in atmosphere. My negative comments concern the charges of £7.50 thrust upon me for the return of a special umbrella which was a present and quite dear to me. It was taken off me by one of the staff as I arrived and when I left he neglected to return it to me. I fully expected to pay the postage for it's return, but not be hammered with a £5 handling fee. Totally out of order! My lovely memories of happy occasions are now soured and I have no wish to dine there again. What a way to treat your regular customers! The hotel needs to re-think it's customer relations and customer services.

I have stayed here before and have alway found it to be a lovely hotel very friendly staff and the breakfast was nice and fresh, the room are clean and spacious, i can't comment on the restaurant as we have always been eating out.

As a key worker have stayed at this hotel recently, great WiFi, rooms are excellent and good exercise walks on the doorstep. There is a single meal evening option with no dessert on offer that needs to be booked in advance.
The breakfast is a bag and go which has an apple, two croissants breakfast bar, orange juice and a yogurt, would be good if it offered other fresh fruit and low fat or 0% fat free yogurt as an option, staff very friendly and would stay again if working in Shropshire

After seeing Katrina and Sam's work first hand at a friend's house, we asked if they could make a bespoke bookcase for us. This was no problem and once arrived was fitted in a matter of hours. Absolutely delighted with it and now have the reasons room of our dreams!

What a great find Salop Technology in The Parade Shopping Centre, Shrewsbury, is. Calm, pleasant and efficient service, with reasonable charges for sorting out problems on the set up of our new computer. Would highly recommend this company for computer purchase, set up and problem solving.
