Yesterday I spoke to Shahan at the Bournemouth branch of A Plan to discuss a new buildings and contents policy.
Then today I called back to take out the policy.
Shahan was very helpful and friendly and he explained all options for us.
This is of course a local company and its good to support local business and should we need to claim ( hopefully not ) we know A Plan will assist us with the claim.

I am buying a new build house and I tried a couple of Insurance companies who couldn't help as the area was not yet in their system. Someone recommend I try A Plan Brokers Bournemouth. I spoke to Shahan Chowdhury who immediately said he could help. After asking me the usual questions about the cover I needed, he searched and soon found the Insurance company that fitted my criteria at the best possible price. At the date of exchange of contracts, I went ahead and he fully explained all the conditions and cover so really happy with the service
