I was contacted one month before my renewal date, my details checked my predicted requirements discussed, I was then given a quote to ponder on. I was contacted a few days later in case I had any questions, I did not. I accepted the quote but asked, as we were still 3 weeks from renewal date, if they could phone me 2 days before for payment, which they did. At no time did I feel hassled or harassed or intimidated the man was kind respectful and did exactly as we arranged. This happens year after year its an excellent service. Still not had my renewal certificate through the post though but with Corona I will give them a little time this year.
