My Mum bought a kit for my daughter. She decided to check the kit to see if it was an appropriate level for her experience. On opening the kit she found that there were some parts missing and so took it back to the shop. She was told she couldn't have a refund as she didn't have cash in the shop and could have a credit note. My Mum didn't want a credit note but a refund as the item was faulty. The person in the shop actually demonstrated that there was no money in the till or in deed her purse! In the end, after my mum insisted she wasn't leaving the shop till she was recompensed, she was given a cheque. This cheque has now been returned to her by her bank having not been processed as stopped by the person who issued it!! She will be returning to the shop but am sure will not be setting foot in it again!!

Febuary 2016 i am elderly live on my own andrew was recommended to me two years ago he now cuts my hedges prunes my trees keeps my garden looking nice i am very pleased with his wirk he is trustwoethy reliable very pleasant young man.

Andrew is a superb tree surgeon who really does care about the client needs as well as the job he does. He quoted after 'inspecting' the tree and site and spent time listening to what I wanted - it wasn't rushed and he was keen to help resolve any concerns issues I might of had about having tree work done in my garden. So if you're looking for a true professional who does exactly what's asks plus leaves no mess whatsoever Andrew is the man for the job. Any other tree work I need doing - Andrew will get my call and I'll happily recommend him to anyone I know wanted tree work. Cheers Andrew! Joe

I would recommend anyone to use Jon as a chiropractor. I found him to be honest, reliable to the profession. All staff very supportive from making appointments so forth. I am a big person and at all times didn't feel embarrassed.
