I have two wonderful beagle dogs. They are 5 years old and have never been in kennels, mainly because whenever I go on holiday they come to. This year I have needed to go into hospital on several occasions so the dogs had to go into kennels. Hampton Hayes was recommended to me.
As I love my dogs very much I was obviously worried about how they would get on. My worries were completely unfounded. It it obvious that Bev and her team love the dogs that they care for. My troublesome two seemed to be completely at home in the kennels and came back looking slimmer and fitter because of all the exercise that they have had.
Following each subsequent visit to the kennels they have returned happy and well. I have already recommended Hampton Hayes to a number of people who I know and would certainly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

I had my very first message with Tessa on Saturday and found the experience so relaxing and benefical I will definitely be going back. I was initally concerned when I was given the booking as a Christmas present because of being an older client but Tessa was so professional and friendly I was immediately put at ease. I am now going to book for a 15 year old stressed out GCSE student to go because it has been so benefical to me.... Definitely recommended.

My dad's dog Sophie was taken to hampton hayes after her re-homing. It didn't work out with her family. Sophie was looked after really well when she was there, and now she has a new home :)

The Hussey is one of our favourite restaurants to visit for special meals out, be it for their a la carte menu or their lunchtime / week evening menu. We've been to the Hussey several times now over the past few years and it seems to be becoming a tradition for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary there. The food is always wonderful, freshly cooked to order and most of it locally produced within Shropshire and Wales. I adore their chocolate peppermint souffle and the Hussey salad is delicious as well; in fact, so much of their food is delicious that there's not enough space to list it all - you'll just have to try it for yourself.
The staff are always warm and friendly even when it's busy and it has good level wheelchair access (some little bumps / mini ramps but nothing big enough to cause problem and they have tables which aren't up or down steps if you request one), which is a big plus for me; there's a wheelchair accessible toilet in the hotel adjoining and two wheelchair accessible parking spaces right outside the front door.
I can't wait until our next excuse to go there comes up. Hmmm, maybe I should start dropping hints to my other half now in time for valentines day!

Back in the days when Tessa was training I was asked if I would be one of her case studies and throughout the years I have seen her grow to the level that she has reached today! Tessa works in a very Professional manner, Kind Hearted and Understanding of each individual. Tessa is very passionate and caring not only while working but also in her community and the world that we live in. She is truly an asset to Shrewsbury.

BRILLIANT!! This cattery was recommended to me by my vet as some of their staff take their cats there. I would definitely use this cattery again; I have had some awful experiences at other catteries but this one has the best facilities and service. The ladies that work there are kind and helpful. You can tell they are cat lovers.
