I have been seeing Tessa regularly for just over a year for a full body massage and she is FAB! She works intuitively and always seems to know exactly where to concentrate her efforts. I always leave with the feeling of 'phew I needed that'. Highly recommended for soothing life's stresses and strains.

The kennels are immaculate, my dogs come home clean and not smelling of "kennels". They don't have upset tummies (are fed on the best food), the staff are friendly and the dogs are walked twice a day.

I have used the kennels at Hampton hayes several times for my two dogs. They love going there and quite happily go off with Bev or one of her friendly staff to the kennel. They are always very well looked after and enjoy their walks while they are there. Every one who works there are genuine dog lovers and they all have the dogs best interests and welfare at heart. My dogs love it there and it great to know I can go away without having to worry about them. Iwould recomend it to anyone. Thank you to every one there.

Having had several massages from Tessa Kirk at "In Safe Hands" I would highly recommend her. I suffer with neck problems and back issues and as a tall man with a broad back I need the pressure to be strong.
I have had many massages over the years and often the pressure has not been satisfactory but with Tessa it is always just what I need and deeply hidden knots are worked away and I feel so much better at the end of each treatment. I give her 5 stars.

Love the fact that you can now buy your tickets where you buy the refreshments. So you just queue once rather than twice. Friendly staff, good condition auditoriums, clean toilets, good all-round.
