I found Tessa at In Good Hands to be very warm and welcoming. I have recently undergone surgery for a sports injury. Tessa helped speed up my recovery by working into my scar tissue. I would have no trouble recommending her to any of my friends as whilst there I also had a back and shoulder massage! Which was up there with the best I've ever had. Will be returning weekly!

I like to think I know a thing or two about being massaged, so feel qualified to say that Tess is probably the best I've experienced - which is quite an accolade! She had been recommended to me by 3 separate people before Ii went, and I wasn't disappointed one bit. She really throws her heart and soul into it, and you really feel like you've got your money's worth. I've since returned and bought a number of her massage vouchers for friends' birthdays etc. Well worth a try.

I highly recommend Mort Smith and his methods of dog training. He has helped me gain control of my rescue collie/greyhound who loves all members of the household but doesnʼt want to share them with anyone else! I now feel confident that I have much more control when she tries to round up ʼstrangersʼ and see them off with a little nip!

The whole day went just as planned and everyone commented on the hotel, food and staff saying how organised and friendly you all are and how beautiful the grounds are. We've taken our babies Pride and Sam to stay at Hampton Hayes for just for a day while property searching in the area. We found the staff very friendly and helpful.Our boys don't normally stay in kennels but I wouldn't hesitate to take them there again, maybe next time for a longer holiday. The kennels are spacious and very clean and the dogs are looked after by dog caring people, so putting your mind at rest when leaving your little family members for a few days. 10/10

I thought the massage was excellent. She was very professional and gave great advice on diet and nutrition. I would highly recommend Tessa to anyone. Her level of knowledge is amazing and her expertise is far more comprehensive than the standard massage practice usually given. Very happy!!
