My wife and I were always going to enjoy our son's wedding day and indeed it was one of our most memorable days as parents. In most part this was due to the beautiful surroundings of the Albright, the weather, friends and family, and the atmosphere created by you all - our hosts. From the moment we arrived, when your General Manager safely guided the helicopter carrying Alex on to its landing pad, to being served breakfast the following day prior to leaving, we felt cocooned in your care.... It is rare these days to encounter true value, never mind having expectations at all levels exceeded, whilst making it all look so natural.

We had our hearts set on a totally solid wood kitchen with granite work tops but previous quotes put this dream well out of our price range, Katrina supplied it all - without sacrifice to the quality we were looking for. Service was excellent from Sam & Katrina’s attention to detail during the fit to Amber’s extra after sales help with additional items, thanks to you all.

"My name is Flossie.... I lived at Hampton Hayes for quite a while until I found my new home. I go on regular holidays back to Hampton Hayes. I love seeing Bev and the staff. I get paid lots of compliments about my appearance and manner. It is lovely to see my friends, I feel safe and well looked after. Hampton Hayes has changed my life - I cannot thank them enough for their patience and outstanding quality of care. If you are looking for a 'ME' then visit them straightaway. If you are looking for a holiday, then get your owners to book you in.... The best hotel I know of!
Hold on... my owner would like to speak to you - Well, Flossie is a great character. As a recent widow, Bev found me the right dog. Bev listened to what I needed, didn't force a dog on me, just let me take my time to choose. It was the best thing I ever did. I go out on great walks, meet lots of people and have basically been forced to be brave enough to love something again. A recommendation from the heart.
