After suffering with stress related throat problems and lower back pain for around 6 months I booked a full body massage with Tessa.
This was my first ever massage and I was apprehensive about what to expect, but Tessa soon put me at ease with an introductory chat to find out what my issues were. She even went the extra mile to make the room cooler so that my throat wouldn't be too uncomfortable.
I found the whole experience very relaxing and rejuvenating and will definitely be going back for further work on my shoulders, back and neck.

I would highly recommend Hampton Hayes Cattery. The facilities are lovely, and spotlessly clean. Bev is incredibly kind, and provides a wonderful personal service, making sure she knows all she can about your pets before they board, and is very attentive to their welfare. I can't recommend Bev, or the cattery, highly enough.

Quite simply, Tessa Kirk is the best masseuse I have ever encountered. When I lived in Shrewsbury, I would arrive for a session, feeling exhausted and low energy. After an hour of exquisite massage with Tessa, she performed a complete transformation! My body felt energized, toned and alive. You are able to choose your music, burn a candle you particularly like and just let Tessa take over! From the moment you feel Tessa's hands begin to work with your body, you know you are in very safe and expert hands. I cannot recommend this treatment more strongly. Tessa Kirk has a tremendous gift for body work and I used to consider my hourly massage essential to my well-being and helped me to renew my energy for a very challenging job. Do book an hour with Tessa and experience yourself how different you will feel afterwards!

I first went to Tessa to help me with my shoulder, i was very nervous but Tessa put me at ease straight away with her calming and friendly personality.After feeling so good after a session of massages i realised how inportant it is to look after yourself. i went to a spa and had a massage there,it did not come close to Tessa's massages.i pass Tessa's details on all the time

Daisy has been to Hampton Hayes for 2 breaks and on both occasions was treated like their own pet. She came home spotlessly clean from the 1st visit after a surprising bath [well, she didn't know it was coming]. Her 2nd visit was post injury and Bev and her Team were excellent nurses ensuring my girl was in fine fettle and ready to have the bandage off when I took her to the vet. Grateful thanks from both of us.
