I rarely have time to stop to relax and certainly would not think to have a massage but my wife reccomended Tessa Kirk for a good relaxing deep tissue massage.
Amazing! Just walking into the Sanctuary at Women In Mind where she practices you are met by an air of total tranquility and professionalism. I have never felt so relaxed and now go back regularly.
You never have to rush straight out either as there is a fantastic Cafe above on the top floor of the old church building where you can relax even more.

Whenever my wife and I come to Shrewsbury, we visit Salop Leisure. We are big fans of the outdoors and I can see why they changed their name from Salop Caravans! Caravans and Motorhomes are there, of course, but also a huge range of outdoor accessories. The restaurant is superb too, overall a very impressive building.

Seriously good kennels - clean, airy, spacious but the most important bit is the truly personal level of care the dogs receive. All the staff are dog lovers and they really care about their charges. Bev, in particular, goes out of her way to ensure the dogs are well cared for.
For example, as you walk into the kennels you hear music playing to soothe the dogs, you can see racks of different dog foods, dog treats etc. If you happen to remark on a particular dog youʼll get an instant potted history, thatʼs how interested they are in the dogs.
I happily leave my dog Bonny there, knowing that sheʼll get all the things a dog wants - fuss, exercise and a comfy place to sleep.

We had a 7 month (now 9 months) old standard schnauzer who was a nightmare to walk, and insisted on tearing around our lounge via the furniture and barking furioulsy at any visitors to the front door. Schnauzers are renound to be a stubborn breed and stubborn Tilli certainly was.
Mort helped me enormously in being able to control Tilli and she now walks like a dream, no longer uses the furniture as a launching pad and calms down within minutes of any visitor entering the house.
All of the tactics Mort showed me were practiced relentlessly over 6/8 weeks and we now have a very happy dog and two happy owners.
