Elaine was my first experience of hot wax and after a previous, very painful strip wax (the wax is still hot when applied but pulled off with a strip of cotton/paper-y material instead of the wax hardening and just being pulled off by itself) I was a little apprehensive.
Elaine put me at ease very quickly and explained the process, how it worked and what to expect and was really friendly and easily distracted me from the minimal pain I felt.
The aftercare instructions were great and so much more comprehensive than normal. Prices reasonable and in-line with others less superior.
I'll definitely be going back and would recommend her to anyone looking for intimate waxing.

We have recently boarded our Labrador at Hampton Hayes Kennels. We were very happy with all aspects of boarding there. The staff were friendly and helpful, they answered any questions we had. The kennels were very clean and our dog settled in well; also he benefited from having exercise in the morning and afternoon.

Had been suffering with some muscle pronlems in my back and booked a massage with In Good Hands. It was the best thing I ever did, as the massage completely cured the pain and problems and was really great. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, and if you have never had a proper massage before then you really should get one done. Fantastic service and does exactly what it says on this tin! Amazing.

We started using Mort late autumn 2011 for our 2 large male dogs. After 3 visits his work was done and I cannot praise him enough. We have used other 'Experts' before but never seemed to get anywhere. Mort is fantastic, the way he is with the dogs, his explanations of their behaviour and ours is simple and easy to understand. He knows what he is talking about and passes on his expertise with ease. His constant encouragement and patience is brilliant. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can hire the A-Team - Mort Smith :)
