Ben and partner arrived early and completed the service in no time. Polite, clean and efficient. I would recommend to anyone and will be calling them for next year's service. Ben even kindly texted me the following day with the name of his aftershave as I'd asked about it! Top class job.

Had Ben and his team come out to replace a very old boiler at short notice. He text the morning of the fitting to let me know his ETA, arrived on time and him and his team completed the work. The new boiler was in quickly, all working and the team cleaned up afterwards. 10/10 and would 100% use again!

Absolutely brilliant. Ben came to price up a full central heating system upgrade. He gave us a very competitive quote undercutting a couple of other companies who priced up that week. The lads with Ben were very kind and polite, with the job completed in an efficient and tidy manner. Not one bad thing to say about Ben and Phoenix. From start to finish this company was excellent , A fast turnaround friendly and helpful . My elderly parents were stuck without hot water and these guys went above and beyond to replace their boiler, couldn’t thank them enough , I would recommend !

Our boiler broke down last week and Ben scheduled a call out immediately, we were given great advice on what would be the most cost affective in the long run and decided to go ahead with the fitting of a new combi boiler, Ben was more than accommodating and made sure he fitted us in asap which we really appreciated! We were kept up to date with EAT and when the team showed up, we were made to feel at ease and in safe hands, the job was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard! We will never take having hot water for granted again! And will ensure we recommend Phoenix in the future!

I have used Ben and his team previously for a boiler installation at one of my properties. After they did such an amazing job when my boiler at home needed replacing, Phoenix was the only firm I wanted to use!
