Our boiler broke down last week and Ben scheduled a call out immediately, we were given great advice on what would be the most cost affective in the long run and decided to go ahead with the fitting of a new combi boiler, Ben was more than accommodating and made sure he fitted us in asap which we really appreciated! We were kept up to date with EAT and when the team showed up, we were made to feel at ease and in safe hands, the job was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard! We will never take having hot water for granted again! And will ensure we recommend Phoenix in the future!

I have used Ben and his team previously for a boiler installation at one of my properties. After they did such an amazing job when my boiler at home needed replacing, Phoenix was the only firm I wanted to use!

Outstanding service. It is always a risk to get someone to do a job that you don’t know. Ben and his team were the best google search we could have made. He replied to all messages quickly, was efficient, quick to come out and gave experienced and knowledgeable advice. Ben didn’t try and and push us into any job. He was also by far the best price. I would 100% recommend.

He had a wonderful manner with the tenant, made her feel at ease and offered her great support. He was also fantastic at communicating back to myself as landlord.
