I wanted to support my local businesses instead of being lazy and juse purchasing off the web for some brush steel electric switches but found that the web was offering much lower pricing for a product that Olympic Electric supplies sold....so I popped in and just asked honestly whether they could be any more competitive with their prices as I dI'd want to use a local based and support a local company. The counter clerk was polite, didn't make me feel that I was being rude to ask if they could supply cheaper and bent over backwards to try to see if they could beat or be better with their pricing. They offered a deal which I took and I've been back since to purchase further switch plates and will be ordering down lighting from them also. So they have got my loyalty and my word of mouth for trying to meet my requirements and doing so. Great little local business going that extra few yards to please the customer.....I will try to make sure any business I have I will go there first. Well done to a friendly professional local business.
