When being driven to Maidstone hospital 3 months ago our driver missed the turning and took us out of our way i thought it was a one off and that next time all would be well. This time, however the driver started to drive off before my 100 year old mother was properly in the car, causing her to fall on her back on the pavement. When did taxi drivers stop opening doors and making sure their passengers were safely in the car before moving off.? Are they not trained in how to ensure the comfort and safety of their passengers any more. I'm frankly appalled and hope there is no lasting damage. On the plus side the driver was polite and punctual

Cab-it are great. They get there on time, are reliable and friendly. We have now been using them for some years and even have the confidence in them to allow them to take our children (now teenagers) to and from venues with no concerns. We use them for business and leisure; to take us to and from the airport - pretty much anywhere we need a cab for. Thank you Cab-t!
