Over the past few years SEGRO has been developing a masterplan that will transform Slough Trading Estate and build on its success. The 20 year plan has been named "Vision for the future" and is widely supported by the estate's occupiers, residents and local stakeholders.
A major milestone in the delivery of the masterplan was achieved in October 2010, when Slough Borough Council gave planning consent for the development of 150,000 sq m of office, leisure and amenity space.
This aspect of the masterplan is known as IQ Slough and the council's consent will enable SEGRO to redevelop an area stretching from Bath Road gateway entrance to Leigh Road and the centre of the estate.
IQ Slough is a key milestone in the wider regeneration of the state that will ensure it continues to thrive as a popular business destination.
