Don’t worry if you haven't done anything like this before. You will gain valuable insights to ‘Sangat’, which means togetherness.
This is usually part of a series of creative workshops designed to run alongside the Journey of the Mind exhibition, exploring how Sikh teachings can be used as tools to help anyone.

Session length 1hr 30 mins with a small break
Overview of Workshop:- Developing awareness of thoughts and how the individual can mind impact collective thinking (by following visual instructions and generating sound). Creating a visual representation of the mind by listening to other group members.
Disclaimer: Warm up activities will involve continuous movement around the whole room comprising working in collaboration with other group members and engaging in a group artistic activity.
