The ambitious and extensive menu at Panchuli has been carefully chosen to suit all tastes.

Here's just a small selection of the dishes available to try:

Spicy chicken tikka pasanda - a mild and creamy sauce, served with a kick of spice and enriched with almonds and fresh butter

Tandoori king prawn bhuna masala - wild king prawns cooked in a medium rich sauce made with onions, peppers, tomatoes, cream and Panchuli spices

Gujarati lamb dansak - sweet and sour tender lamb cooked with lentils and butternut squash, served in a slightly hot sauce

Bengal duck jalfrezi - strips of duck breast cooked with spicy onions and peppers, fused in a naga pickle sauce with fresh coriander

Lassan chilli spinach - fresh spinach cooked with onions, tomatoes and flaked garlic

Chef's Table

Chef's Table is the perfect option for parties and events with up to 10 guests. During the event you'll be seated in a private room close to the kitchen, so the team can explain more about your food and how it's prepared.

This is a truly unique dining experience and a great way to celebrate any special occasion.

Cookery  Classes

Maz Rahman award winning chef will provide you with step by step professional tuition.You will learn how to cook in Maz's Indian Kitchen in the authentic style and have a fun experience.

During this fun practical experience you will learn about the preparation of the ingredients ,and creation of the dishes. This is a very hands on class all the ingredients and recipes are provided for a full meal which you will have the opportunity to eat at the end of the class.
