As a charity approaching our 60th anniversary, we are not only an established care and housing provider, we are also respected, trusted and recommended with over 500 houses and homes across the UK. When it comes to older age, whatever stage of life you’re in, whatever help and support you need, whatever concerns you have, we have time for you.
Nationally, thousands of thoughtful, caring staff and volunteers invest valuable house in out houses and with our residents. Whether they are helping to run the house, organising activities and events, or simply popping in for a cup of tea and a chat, these individuals help to make Abbeyfield homes what they are stimulating, warm environments
Home from home.
Abbeyfield House is a lovely home with a war and friendly atmosphere.
We have 15 studio apartments and one 1 bedroom flat, offering each of our residents private accommodation and en-suite facilities. Two home cooked meals are served daily in our communal dining room, which looks looking out onto our beautiful garden.
The monthly rent includes the cost of the two meals a day and all household bills apart from the telephone.

We offer a range of social activities, including coffee mornings and outings that are organised by the housekeeper and volunteers throughout the year. Our services are personalised to meet your needs so that you can enjoy freedom, security and peace of mind, with support if you need it from our professional and caring staff and volunteers.

We have a number of volunteers who help with organising outings, social activities, sherry mornings and arts and crafts. If you have a spare couple of hours and you would like to become part of our band of happy volunteers please contact us.
Where are we?
Abbeyfield House is located within walking distance of Solihull Town Centre and the Train Station. There are bus stops on the Warwick Road within a very short walking distance.
