The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme is designed to provide high-quality, practical education and business support to leaders of high-growth small businesses and social enterprises across the country.
The newly developed programme consists of over 100 hours of business and management education involving a blend of online and in-person residential sessions.
This is a national growth programme that has been established since 2010 and has shown significant impact for the businesses taking part.
Research published in 2014 on the impact of the programme has shown that participating businesses’ growth increases by 10%-25% more than they would have experienced without taking part. On average, programme graduates grow their turnover at 23%-42% per year, and grow employment by 16%-26% per year.
