Solihull Christmas festivities begin with the official turning on of the Christmas lights on
Saturday November 21st.
There will according to Solihull Council be no ceremony or other activities at the switch on this year. Unlike last year with entertainment, choirs and a visit from Father Christmas.
With the arrival of Solihull's first Outdoor Ice Rink, on 13th November in Mell Square the activities will already be underway. The opening of the Ice Rink brings a festive hub of activity including choirs, D.J's, themed sessions and family entertainment.
But Christmas would not be Christmas without Santa.Father Christmas will be making his entrance at Brueton Park on December 6th. With activities such as a festive treasure trail. Click Santa to see more details.
