Bring the whole family to Adventure Island for a wealth of FREE entertainment throughout the park; including a musical stilt walkers, roving magicians, face painters and balloon modellers, plus comedian Ian St George live on stage to entertain you.
The highlight of Sunday will be parades and a stage show performed by the band of the Air Cadets.

The St George’s Weekend is the first in a series of themed weekends taking place throughout summer and autumn at the UK’s Number 1 free admission fun park. Adventure Island Head of PR &Marketing Gemma Warrilow says: “These events form a key part of our commitment to give customers enjoyable and new reasons to visit Adventure Island – and in these economically straitened times, even more great value for money. St George’s Weekend is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to come to Southend and love the fun - and because admission is free, you don’t have to pay a penny to watch all the superb entertainers we’ve lined up.”
Also scheduled for Adventure Island in 2012 are Wacky Weekend (12/13 May) and Circus Weekend (21/22 July). Big Saturday Nights Out start from 8 September and in October, the hugely popular Fright Fantastic returns for Halloween.
