We launched our services back in 2004 and our aims were to provide the very best cleaning service, with the highest attention to details, of any cleaning company locally, and to do so with a total unwavering commitment to reliability. Now 18 years later, many things have changed over time as we have grown, for a start we now have a client focussed, hands on senior management team that oversees our day to day operation. But one thing that still remains is that overriding determination to be the best and to deliver our services with total reliability.

We are proud that we have always chosen to employ our staff directly, no agency workers and no self-employment contracts either. This gives us much greater control over standards and ensures that we have total control over our commitments to reliability of service.

We have always paid our team members well above any legal requirements from day one, long before the minimum wage legislation came in. We’re now proud to be accredited members of the voluntary Living Wage Foundation, an organisation that independently calculates and sets a ‘real’ living wage, above government minimums, and another way we ensure our employees are treated fairly and respectfully.

Our cleaners are all thoroughly vetted and employed with a fixed training period focusing on our high attention to detail. Our service is also flexible - if you have an emergency on the day your cleaner is due to come, we'll do our best to re-arrange to an alternate day.

  We are fully insured and provide all our staff with their own house cleaning equipment.

 Security is of paramount importance - if we are responsible for your home or your business premises, you can rest assured that our staff will not be placed without the presence of ourselves or a manager until the training and vetting procedures are fulfilled and a satisfactory probationary period is completed.
