Smart, polite, professional and tidy. Converted ADT monitored alarm to self monitoring but it was going the extra mile that impressed. When old keypad and fob box replaced it exposed several ugly holes with red rawlplugs. The rawlplugs were removed and holes filled. Luckily filler similar colour to walls but I didn't expect him to do this.
