Today I visited Cineworld St. Neots with my Autistic son who got very upset and scared at the opening credits of Hotel Transylvania 3 ( his younger brother was fine with it) The staff at the cinema bent over backwards to help us and my son and I ended up seeing a different film which he watched all the way through while my husband and other son continued with their film. Amazing, friendly people who put smiles on all our faces with their kindness. The cinema itself is clean and has been well designed with lots of room. Definitely our cinema of choice from now on.

Our group drive 14 miles to use this cinema at least monthly sometimes weekly..we like the seating, staff, toilet facilities, cleanliness etc. The parking is easy though the ticket machine is ridiculous! It faces AWAY from the light so you can't see what your doing AND it is two feet or so away from cover so you can get soaking wet if raining!!! CRAZY but ***** stars to the cinema

Nice little cinema with comfy seats and great sound system. The only gripe is that they don't have a clear menu to order from, luckily the staff are always helpful and friendly. There is a small bit of parking but best to park over the road. Also very close to Pizza express and Frankie and Bennys if you want a pre- cinema bite to eat. Charming.

Great Cinema complex, not massive but all the better for that. There are plenty of food outlets close by if you want to eat before a show. Parking is available on/behind the complex. It uses number plate recognition and you need to pay on exit at the machines in the car park. There are two machines and sometimes a que develops after shows end. The machines could do with some lighting above as when in the dark it is always difficult to see what you are or need to be doing which adds to the delay in payments.
But on the whole a good experience each time as very convenient.
