EXCEPTIONAL BUILDERS - Turns up when he says he will. Does what he says he will in the time he says it will take and has no changes to what he quoted. What more do you want? Clearly wants to keep the good name they have in the area. Very helpful.

The builders repaired the rear of our garage very satisfatorolly whilst working on extensive building work on an adjacent property. A consideration was given to us whenever possible during development of building work - Highly recommended.

I am on this site (The Best of St Neots) as K Fisk Plumbing and Heating - I use Jo to brick up all my old boiler flues as the new flues are much smaller, always does a quality job and customers are always impressed which helps me keep my jobs to a high standard.

I appointed Joe Polfrey to build my 2 storey / 4 room extension, a 12 week project commenced in Feb 09. I have been delighted with the standard of the building and finished works. Joe and his team have been efficient, clean, polite and courteous throughout. All the trades Joe found for us (carpenters, painters etc) have been of an equal good standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending JP Building and would be happy to speak personally to anyone requiring a reference and answer any specific questions…

Our next door neighbour recommended Joe to us and we were very pleased with the work he undertook. He gave us some good ideas for our stud wall and attic staircase and listened to our needs.
All the men were very skilled and qualified where appropriate, the electrician even left us a certificate for the work he did, and the plastering was very smooth! The chippy even vaccumed up after himself!
Joe managed the project entirely and performed a final quality control check before he handed the completed project over to us.
A tiny bit more expensive than other quotes but we had confidence that he would deliver........ and he did.

We contacted a number of builders for quotes to break out a wall between our kitchen and dining room and were very impressed with Joeʼs professionalism from the off. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, above board and considerate of our wants/needs. His quote was fractionally more than the others, but his manner and approach made him our number one choice of builder. The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and the men that Joe used were a real pleasure to have about the place. Joe managed the job right to the end and to a very high standard.

JP Building have recently taken up our old slabbed patio and replaced it with brick paviors They also did a super job of replacing the 3 large steps down to our rear garden.
Despite appalling weather - it rained most days they were on site - the finished work is excellent. They kept the mess to a minimum and each day left the area very tidy.Unlike a lot of builders they turned up every day and if there was a delay we received a telephone call. All the staff are polite, easy to approach and keen to do what ever the customer wants.I would highly recommend JP Building to everyone.

We have used JP Building Ltd three times now. The latest work was our patio and block paving which looks fantastic and we are very pleased with all the work done. All our questions were answered.
