Kim came in to decorate our whole house inside with the exception of two small rooms and we are so pleased. A very thorough and professional job was done by Kim (and Steve part-time but mainly Kim) and it looks brilliant. Both were very polite, pleasant and kind. They did all they could to work with us and around us (and our dog!) going out of their way whenever they could. They turned up when they said they would never letting us down and talked us through what they were doing so we would agree in what order the house should be decorated. The house was badly in need of preparation and painting and it looks fantastic. If we ever get to empty out our studies we will call them back in a flash. Kim was recommended to us and we would highly recommend him if anyone is thinking of having any decorating done. Very impressed all round!

Kim and Steve have completed the painting of one of our gable exterior walls which reaches to a great height. The ex-pub is 181 years old and has a long history of various signage positions, flood lighting etc which had left many holes to be filled and required some repointing . All the preparation works, base coat and final coat were completed with skill and to a high standard with no mess. Overall an excellent job by two professionals who take a pride in their work and are very friendly and trustworthy.
We will be booking them to paint the other gable end as soon as there is a free slot in their schedule.

Kim and Steve have just finished a great job of decorating my lounge, hall, stairs and landing and the kitchen. The work was excellent and nothing was too much trouble- (even coped with a troublesome puppy!). No hesitation in using them for the rest of the house or recommending them to friends.

Steve and Kim did a great wallpapering and painting for us recently. Our walls were very challenging due to the hight and being uneven. The guys managed to overcome all of the difficulties and were super tidy leaving my house spotless after each day of work!

We used Kim & Steve for a fairly large job a few years ago and the results were excellent so we didn't hesitate to book them up again to decorate our Lounge / Diner and Kitchen. I'm glad we did because we are delighted with the outcome. The quality of work is excellent, super punctual and worked so hard with great care and a friendly approach. It's so good to work with them that we plan for some exterior decorating later in the Spring. Lastly...many thanks :-)

Kim and Steve have done several decorating jobs for us over the last few years and we would always choose them now. The quality of work is excellent. Plus they are reliable, professional, hard-working, and always go the extra mile, including helping us put up a blind on a double-height window, and training the dog!

Kim and Steve have just finished my hall, stairs and landing. They arrived when they said they would, they were courteous and respectful of the house and the need to be careful. They charged the agreed amount, prepped and filled as required and did an excellent job with the finish, then completely tidied up and hovered up after themselves. Absolutely brilliant and I will book the another job. No hesitation in highly recommending if you want a proper job done.

Last week I had Kim and Steve in to decorate my hall.
To say I'm over joyed with the results would be an understatement.

Kim and Steve came highly recommended to us by a friend. We had to wait a short time for their diary but it was well worth it. Hard working, polite and professional with an amazing focus on quality and pride in their work that isn't always the case with some professions. Would absolutely recommend. We will be calling them for our future decorating needs when they come around. We would also trust Kim and Steve with our keys to get on with the job if we were away from the house. We cannot express how pleased we are to have found K Manning Decorating Services. Kim and Steve are the ultimate professionals and it was a genuine pleasure to have them in our home…not to mention the fantastic job they did, leaving us with 2 beautifully decorated rooms with absolutely minimal disruption. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Kim said when he quoted for the work something like “if we’re lucky enough to be asked to come and do the job….”. Well we consider ourselves the lucky ones that they came and applied their magic touch to our home. We have booked them to finish the rest of the house (we’ll have to wait a while because they are busy but it is so worth being patient) and we cannot wait to see them both again later in the year.

We have been very lucky to have Kim and Steve return for the third time and this time paint the outside of our house. Kim and his guys have just refreshed our offices in Stevenage. He and his team were excellent. They arrived on time, did everything within the agreed timescales and did a great job, even worked around all the obstacles with a smile. They were clean and concientious and made a great job of the work required. The whole place looks much much better.

They were left with quite a lot of preparation due to previous building work but they just got on with it, ensuring at all times I was kept up to date and happy with proceedings.
