I have known Shaun for sometime now, and he has always shown me patience, and that my problem matters! I needed to move into the 21'st century and buy a tablet for specialist applications. These were not straightforward and I'm not the quickest with a touch screen. Shaun understood the problems, set up the systems with little trauma (on mt side) and was unrailingly patient in explaining procedures. I can recommend Shaun without hesitation - he is reliable, personable, unfazed by problems and not expensive. The cat liked him too.

Shaun is always there to help, knowledgeable, reliable, chirpy, and doesn't overcharge either. I have known Shaun since he was an 'even younger' lad and always knew he was going to get on in life. When he set up in 2012 it was a relief to know there was someone I could trust and rely on to keep my computer up to scratch. In the early days he was on two wheels. He was always chirpy even if soaking wet! He kept my old system going and virus free, and then when it was time to upgrade he supplied and set up my new system. I can highly recommend Shaun and look forward to watching his business grow and grow.

Shaun provides local support for local businesses - and they don't come much more local than me, as from my desk to Shaun's office door is about 15 steps! But being local isn't enough to get work, you also have to be good, and Shaun is. Not only good at the techie bits which are a mystery to me, but also good at explaining the techie bits in a way I can understand, and then explaining it in even simpler terms if I start to look confused. He's also good at the customer care elements and is genuinely a pleasure to do business with - testament to this is that if you see him walking through St Neots town centre nearly everyone he sees greets him with "Hi Shaun!" and a smile. After 9 years of running my own business I've finally found some IT support I want to stick with - he is a Prince among men.

First time I have dealt with Shaun but sure it won't be the last! Due to a technical problem - PC would not start up - I was impressed with his prompt service, understanding manner and very reasonable charge. Being the massive nerd I am, I wanted to have a custom built computer ready for the release of Fallout 4. Well, It was released today and the computer runs it FLAWLESSLY. Like Ultra settings 60 fps flawlessly. Now whilst I did spend the best part of £1500 on this venture, it would have cost a lot more of my money and time if Shaun hadn't helped me every step of the way. From recommending which parts to purchase whilst checking cross-compatibility, to building the entire thing and then driving a 200 mile round trip to install and ensure it's working, Mr Prince has acted as a true professional in every role, something I'm sure was very hard to do given the amount of time we've known each other! Building high end computers is most definitely something he can add to his skill set. 10/10 would pursue relentlessly for his services again.

Where to start. Shaun is friendly, approachable, affordable and exceptionally good at his job. He is very professional and doesn't use too many technical terms but nor is he patronising. I wouldn't use any one else.
