Jack, Ross & Hayley really went above and beyond to get us into our new house as quickly as possible.
We faced some difficult problems which were rare and unusual (nothing to do with Pirie Homes), however Ross & Jack has the expertise and experience to still see it through and made everything seamless.
They’re a credit to their name and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any more house purchase/sales.

Ross and his team have been great from start to finish ! my solicitors have been awful to say the least. Ross was relentless in chasing them everyday for them to pull their finger out and get the sale done. I would 100% recommend Pirie homes to anyone that is looking to buy or sell.

We would 100% recommend Pirie Homes - the service they provided us when selling our home and buying our new one was 10/10. They went above and beyond when we were experiencing difficulties with our conveyancer, taking it upon themselves to contact our solicitor on a daily basis and updating us at every opportunity.

Wanted to say a huge thank you to Jack, Ross and Hayley for all the work in selling our home and helping us on every step of the journey.
Jack initially came out to value our home at our request. We were at this stage not ready to move and were clear we were exploring options. It was so refreshing being privided with genuine advice instead of pushy sales techniques. When we were ready, we gave Jack the call and the house was on the market within a couple of days once the photos were taken.
In the end after a few viewings, it was Hayley who sold our home. Her personal approach and passion for our home was like having a representation of ourselves in the house looking for the right fit. I can say having viewed a few houses with Pirie homes, the approach is soft sales, they are there to help and advise.
Finally, we have sold / bought homes in the local area before with more established at the time estate agents. The one thing Pirie Homes does which elavates them above the rest is the support and relentless efforts of Ross. Working in the back ground chasing solicitors and keeping the continuious open line of communication ensuring all of the parties were fully aware of the where we all were in our individual process. This process was different to all other estate agents we had encountered and it is for this reason especially we would recommend Pirie Homes to anyone selling their home in the local area!
