We used Premier Plus to arrange 2 mortgages, a residential and a rental mortgage. I cannot express how helpful Carl & Clare have been. They have constantly put our mind at rest and have been very efficient with getting our mortgages complete in plenty of time. They listened to what we needed and fulfilled our wishes and kept us informed on the progress. Would highly recommend Carl to organise a mortgage!

The Team at Premier Plus give a fabulous service, i really cant fault them. They always answer their phones and i never have had to leave a mesage. Once they have sourced a competitive lender they come back to you really quickly. I would highly recommend them to everyone having used them myself a few times now i have also recommended them to my family and friends.

Recently used Premier Plus for help in getting a mortgage - What an absolute outstanding service they provide! Seriously on the ball with all aspects and nothing too much trouble. Never had to wait for a response to an email or call - they were on it straight away - cannot sing their praises enough - Especially Ronni - who looked after us and guided us through every step of the way, and was so helpful. Also Roxy who was always so lovely to deal with.

I could not rate Premier Plus more highly as they were excellent at every step of our remortgaging process from the first phone call through to completion. The came out to our home to discuss our options and gave us very clear and straight talking advice with no jargon or hard sell at all. They were also just brilliant at communicating with us regularly and were really helpful and speedy in responding to any issues or questions to do with lawyers, documentation, and all those technical aspects of remortgaging that can seem really complicated and intimidating. I would absolutely use them again for my next remortgage.
