Premier Plus are definitely the best in the business. They were very patient with us as first time buyers in explaining the mortgage process and advising on different mortgage offers. Mark Osborne was our mortgage advisor and went above and beyond to help us secure our first, second and third mortgage due to sales of houses falling through. He was extremely quick in answering queries and applying for agreement in principles etc. Would definitely recommend Premier Plus.

Really quick to get everything started, however, difficult to get holder of our mortgage adviser for advise when our application was underway. we wanted to discuss option about changing the length of fixed term as interest rates were increasing, however, we never managed to have this discussion as could not get hold of our advisor to speak with.

We have used Premier Plus for years. Roxy is always so helpful sorting out the best deals for our mortgage.
