Extremely helpful and efficient. Nick responded immediately to my telephone call after we had water coming through our dining room ceiling and arrived as promised a few hours later. He effected a temporary repair, which certainly did the job of keeping the water out of the room. Hayley sent an estimate very promptly for the work required, and the job was done within a week of accepting the estimate. So relieved to have such a positive experience after a previous roofer let us down. Very happy customers and a dry dining room!

In late September we were very concerned when drips of water came through the ceiling in our main bedroom after an evening of heavy rain.
I followed up with Reed Roofing and Nick came out and did an initial assessment followed by a visit here on 26th October. In his usual calm and efficient manner
he has identified where the problem lay and repaired it. We have been asked to monitor whether this repair has worked and to let him him. know if any leakage problems occur from heavy rainfall in the future.. We are grateful for the way in which he has dealt with our problem.

I would not recommend this company for small jobs (up to £1500 ).
I requested some work to be done and was told that they would visit my home and provide a quote. However approximately 5 months on, and following several reminders, they have yet to visit me. The truth is (as with many trades), they only prioritise larger jobs, which provides higher revenue. They work on the basis that they will fit you in when they can but in the interim will keep you hanging on. Unfortunately, this is not respectful of the customer who needs help with a smaller job. In the end, I reached out to Abbey Roofing and they completed the work within 3 weeks.

Some tiles were slipping off my roof and I had one broken tile. Last week I got a quote and this morning all the repair work was completed. The work was carried out very efficiently and there was no mess left to be cleared up. They were friendly and polite. I also found the cost of the work to be fare. I will definitely contact them again if I have any more roofing problems.

A large ridge tile came down from our roof in Sunday's storm and fortunately landed intact on the lawn.
I phoned Reed Roofing on Monday.
Nick came on Tuesday morning to assess the damage.
The tile was put back in place securely by him this morning (12/02).
This is typical of the excellent service which we have had from this firm on jobs both big and small over the years.

I have used Reed Roofing on two occasions and both times they have been extremely professional. The owner, Nick, is very knowledgeable and provided in-depth quotes on both occasions. They arrived when specified, carried out the job on time and left the site looking better than it was before. The whole team at Reed Roofing are great, you couldn't ask for better tradespeople.

Reed Roofing came to repair shelling and broken clay peg tiles and did an excellent job. They also removed the moss growing on the roof and cleaned the gutters. Efficient, friendly and fairly priced, this is the third time I've used them and I have no hesitation in recommending their work. Will certainly use again.

Reed Roofing did an absolutely first class job of repairing the roof on my Victorian house - first class from every point of view. The job they did was highly professional, transparently priced and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. All in all, they were the best team of builders I can remember dealing with in twenty years of house restoration, both as people and professionally, and I have dealt with many, both good and bad so I do not recommend them lightly.
