On Saturday 25th September 2010, the final phase of the redevelopment with many outstanding new facilities will be open to the public.
A brand new spacious Impressions Fitness Suite boasts 120 stations situated across two levels which features state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment and includes the revolutionary pro5 Power Plates and Balance Master machines.
This is also the only gym in the district with the innovative Visio fitness software. All cardiovascular equipment is equipped with touchscreen technology to activate built-in Freeview, HDTV, interactive games, visual educational guides, a members communication area, plus Nike+ and iPod connectivity.
The provision of fitness classes will be expanded with the addition of a second air-conditioned studio. A new fitness class programme will be launched in October which will include popular Spinning classes, Vew-Do balance boards, additional Yoga and Pilates classes and the highly popular Zumba dance workouts.
Pure Health & Well-Being is where you can relax, unwind and be pampered. There are four therapy rooms providing an extensive range of beauty treatments with qualified therapists using professional Decléor products and other leading brands.
Treatments are available for men and women and include facials, body envelopments and firming, massages, waxing, nail care and tanning. The Pure pamper packages and gift vouchers make the perfect treat or gift.
Unlike other beauty salons, Pure offers the use of four specialist heat experience rooms and provides crèche facilities for customers.
