Youth squad trial dates announced.......

The Future is Bright the future is Youth Development and Community Support as St Neots Town Football Club add U13’s, U14’s & two U15 youth squads..

Every business should invest time, effort and energy into developing a blue print for future growth and sustainable success.  Four additional youth squads and an academic/football program with Hunts Regional College for next season demonstrate a desire to build for the future. A full and professional structure has already been put into place under the guidance of key local Football coaches, Peterborough Utd and the Hunts FA that will give these young footballers every chance of reaching their full potential. The first round of trial dates are Wednesday 9^th May, Wednesday 16^th May and Wednesday 23^rd May all 6 pm start and open to U13’s, U14’s and U15’s.   It’s a small step in the right direction to building a bigger and better Football Club.

 There are many successfully run youth clubs within St Neots and the surrounding area and it’s important that we recognize the great work they do by supporting them in whatever way we can, whether by offering free use of the facilities for Fundraising events or just being approachable and open minded, it all contributes to their success and  to ours.

A program of support within the community was implemented at the start of this season with varied success but we will keep plugging away during the summer and into the new season and hopefully this will continue to grow into something that will make a difference. Our community priority next season is to reach out to those that are not yet playing football. This will be achieved by working with schools and local groups as well as other organizations because it’s not just kids that can benefit from a kick about!
