Dan at Giggs & Co has been very proactive in helping us, keeping us informed of what's on the market, arranging viewings to suit us (sometimes multiple viewings at different properties for our convenience). Then asking for feedback when a house isn't right for us so he knows exactly what we are looking for. We believe he has now matched us to a perfect property and fingers crossed it will carry on going smoothly. Dan and his colleagues are a great team, always friendly and brilliant at providing updates. Absolutely can't fault this Estate Agency and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
