Dean goes out of his way to be helpful. I phoned him at 8.00 am on Monday morning to say that I had no heating, and by 9.30 on Tuesday he had visited to see what the problem was, collected the part needed, and fitted it. All working perfectly (fingers crossed).

The second time we have used Giggs to sell a house - 9 years apart. Cannot fault the service and communication from every member of the team we have come in to contact with. From the valuation visit to completion date they have been brilliant.
The addition of the sales progression team (which wasn’t in place 9 years ago) was brilliant. We felt that Nat really helped keep things moving with solicitors and other agents and took some of the stress away from us.
Giggs also kept an eye on the house whilst it was empty and gave us peace of mind.
Thanks Ollie, Luke, Dan and Nat (and everyone who was involved behind the scenes who we didn’t speak with).

I had a wonderful experience with Giggs & Company. Daniel Clarke was very helpful , informative and extremely customer service orientated during the viewing of different properties. Coming from outside St. Neots ; he was also kind enough to show me around the town to get a feel of the locations in perspective to each other and the main town amenities. This is what I call a professional service from an Estate Agency of trying to make the buying process an easy process for its clients.
