This gym is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (yes, even Christmas Day & New Years Day).
Alex and Amber are both really welcoming and seem really passionate about the place. Highly recommend checking the gym out!
The place is kitted out with machines, free weights, cardio machines, and the best vending machine you’ve ever seen.
The gym is always having equipment added to it and looks after its members.

By far the best facility available in st Neots and one of the best i’ve come across in Cambridgeshire. The equipment is brand new and so readily available, you’ll never have to compete for anything! Great set up, spacious, open 24/7 and kept immaculately clean.

Fantastic gym with plenty of high quality and well maintained, clean equipment. Having not been to a gym for as long as I care to remember (and not being in the best of shape!), I was rather apprehensive about my first visit. However, Alex and Amber really made me feel at ease. I was walked around and shown how to use all the equipment. My worries about feeling intimidated by lots of super fit people were allayed. The gym has a real mix of men and women of all shapes, sizes and abilities, and a really friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Probably the best gym on the island. Whether you are powerlifter, bodybuilder or just regular gym goer, Gainz Fitness is perfect place for you. Plenty of good quality equipment for any type of training (platforms, racks, bumpers, all kinds of oly/powerlifting bars, amazing set of dumbbells (up to 60 kg I think), cardio equipment, machines, all kinds of mobility stuff-bands, foam rollers... everything you need and even more!
Gym is clean and tidy, available 24/7.
Owners are kind and professional.
