This picture shows exactly what Gainz are about, going the extra mile to keep you on track with your goals. I have never been to a gym that has the atmosphere and community like Gainz does. Amber and Alex are by far the most welcoming people I have met, not just in the fitness world but in life generally. They aren't just the owners or even the face of the gym, they are the gym, always happy to help, support and push you to succeed.

As a photographer I've spent many hours shooting the personal trainer in gainz and a few of his clients, the atmosphere I get from Alex and amber everytime I return is a welcoming one, they take pride in what they've built and the vision they have for their business! I'd 100% recommend Gainz Fitness & Strength to anyone just starting out in the gym and to those who live in the gym!

Best gym you'll ever go to, amazing equipment and amazing owners! for example I messaged their instagram page at 10:30pm asking them if theres anyway to get the music going again as it stopped and wouldn't work and it was a bit islent in the gym, the owner came down off his own back and got the music started for me baring in mind I was the only one in the gym. Great service there and they've got a customer for life definitely. Much appreciated and you'd be a fool to go with any other gyms.
