From the moment I went into Giggs & Co I was greeted by warm & friendly staff, I was introduced to Vicky who has dealt with me the whole way through, along with Luke, I couldn’t have ask for a more friendlier young lady and who made me feel I was in good hands and that they really were working for me and I wasn’t just a job. I can’t thank Vicky enough for everything she did for me, any questions or doubts I had, Vicky answered them quickly and kept me informed throughout and also kept her word, she made me feel relaxed and confident in the decision I was making, without her support, professionalism and friendly approach the process wouldn’t have been as easy as it was.
