I started my house buying journey almost 12 months ago and bought into the area covered by Giggs (St Neots.)
I was introduced to Joe Perrin and he supported me through the entire process to completion.
After finding a property with Giggs, Joe guided me through every step.
Difficulties along the way prolonged the process but Joe and the Giggs team kept in contact and kept myself and their vendor fully informed.
Despite being the agent for my purchase, Joe and the team helped me to understand and promote the selling process too. They were happy to talk through my concerns and offer advice to take the sale forward.

We put our house up for sale through Giggs and Company and was very impressed with the professional and quality of service provided. Once we had a valuation conducted, the process in getting the house on the market was conducted in a professional and timely manner, with excellent communications and customer liaison provided. The brochure put together with the video tour were generated to a very high standard, which gave potential buyers a great insight to the property. Giggs & Company have a great team of professionals, I would highly recommend them.

Moving house is probably one of the most stressful things you do in your lifetime, but using Giggs & Company made the process less stressful. They were there at the begining and the end of the journey, offering good professional sound advice along the way, to smooth out the bumps and put your mind at rest. We had regular updates and questions we raised were answered very quickly through their WhatsApp group. The staff were very friendly and approachable. We think that they done an amazing job even through the current crisis that we are all experiencing with Covid..Thanks very .much to all the team at Giggs & Company .
